FAQ

Where can I download my purchased printable files?

Your purchased files are available for download as soon as payment has cleared at downloads.

If you checked out as a guest, you’ll receive an automated email from TdyPrints.co.uk containing your download link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find this email. If you have any problems at all then please get in touch with us.

What files will I receive for a printable?
  • Your purchase includes FIVE high-resolution 300 dpi JPG files of various ratios in one zip file.
  • With these files, you can print a multitude of different sized prints up to a maximum size of 36×36 inches, 90×90 cm & A1.
  • Printing beyond these sizes may result in a lower quality print.

Note, each file has been created at the max size for the given ratio shown below. So when printing on smaller paper sizes, your image is scaled down (as opposed to scaled up), ensuring no loss in image resolution.
